Partnership with Green Woods Charter School

Since 2002, The Center has had an exciting partnership with the onsite K-8th grade Green Woods Charter School. The Schuylkill Center and Green Woods Charter School share a common mission of providing an environmentally-focused education. The Center's Environmental Educators collaborate with the school to create a curriculum that places the environment as the central integrated context for learning. Students learn in and from the dynamic natural environment at The Center.
