Day-Off Camp: Science of Food

What makes dough rise? Why are some peppers spicy and some sweet? What kinds of food did our ancestors eat? We’ll answer these questions and more as we get down to the sweet science of food. We’ll make dough and ice cream, and then head outside to find wild edibles on this delicious day.
For ages 5-12 | Members: $50 | Non-members: $60
Extended day until 6:00 pm is available for an additional $15/day. Pre-registration is required.
