Day-Off Camp: The Science of Food

What makes dough rise? Why are peppers so spicy? How is ice cream made? Discover the strange science of food! We’ll be making our own dough, cutting into fruits and vegetables and looking at what makes food so wonderful. Then it’s outside into the forest for fun, games, and outdoor exploration.
For ages 5-12 | Members: $50 | Non-members: $60
Extended day until 6:00 pm is available for an additional $15/day. Pre-registration is required.
