Wellness Saturday: Mindfulness in Nature

Mindfulness is the ability to focus on the present moment while acknowledging our feelings and thoughts. At this month’s wellness program, we’ll focus on how mindfulness in nature can lead to positive effects on our physical and mental well-being.
Welcome fall’s beauty with a variety of wellness programs along our trails. Wellness programs occur on the last Saturday of every month and are free to the public. Please dress for the weather. No registration required.
