Wellness Saturday: Yoga

Start off the morning with a walk and yoga on our trails. This month’s wellness program will incorporate beginner yoga with teacher Kelly Miller. Please bring a yoga mat or towel in addition to your walking shoes.
Welcome in the warmer weather with a variety of wellness exercises and programs on the natural landscape of the Schuylkill Center. Our wellness programs occur on the last Saturday of every month and are free to the public. All programs are held outside on our beautiful trails so please dress for the weather. No registration required.
