As the weather warms up and spring blossoms, come explore our familiar fields, forests, and pond habitats through the lens of mindful, meditative awareness. Simply being in nature allows us to feel tranquil while heightening our senses. Mindful walking and exploration is a great way to focus our attention on our physical bodies while slowing down our minds and movements.
