Year In Action

In 2019, we introduced thousands of Philadelphia students to the wonders of nature, healed-- and returned to the wild-- injured and sick animals of more than 100 species, planted hundreds of trees, shrubs, and wildflowers in our sweeping 365-acre forest, and presented groundbreaking art from the nation's remarkable community of environmental artists.

It takes a village to accomplish everything we do at the Center and you are a central component of that village, as your membership support and donations allow us to do all of this-- and so much more. As a member, donor, volunteer, and friend, your financial and emotional support are the wind beneath our wings.

We have an ambitious 2020 ahead of us. It's the Year of Action here at the Center, so we are dedicating 2020 to partnering with you on how to cool the climate, protect biological diversity, conserve our precious water, reduce our contributions to the trash crisis, wean ourselves off plastics, and more.

We cannot thank you enough for your support, and we look forward to your continued commitment to the Schuylkill Center and our mission through 2020-- and beyond.
