Naturepalooza! Family Earth Day Festival Returns April 25

PHILADELPHIA � Naturepalooza! the Schuylkill Center�s annual Earth Day Festival returns this year on Saturday, April 25, in partnership with the Philadelphia Science Festival, with live music from The Plants and Two of a Kind, nature activities, and hands-on citizen science with SciStarter. The Schuylkill Center�s Nature Preschool will kick off the day with a performance in the woodland amphitheater, followed by the presentation of the annual Henry Meigs Youth Leadership Award. Later in the day, fort-builders of all ages can join in a fort building competition in the Center�s Pine Grove, stop by the Visitor Center for live animals shows from the Center�s wildlife clinic, enjoy visiting food trucks, and explore the forest on nature walks.

Family Earth Day Festival, in partnership with the Philadelphia Science Festival, brings a day of fun and adventure outdoors, with live music, a fort building competition, green technology demonstrations, live animal shows, nature walks, interactive art activities, and citizen science with SciStarter.
