Foraging for spring plants with Evan the Forager

Forage for spring edible invasive plants with renowned forager Evan Strusinski, also known as “Evan the Forager” who forages for a living and provides some of the best restaurants in New York City and Philadelphia with his finds.
Join us for an hour-long walk throughout the grounds–see what’s in season and what will soon be growing. We will meet at the Schuylkill Center community gardens and will taste some of the foraged treats.
Space is limited. Registration required. $80 per person.
