Wellness Saturday: Tai Chi

Start your morning off with a beginner’s tai chi class in the forest led by Jing Tang of Oriental Fitness Institute in Roxborough. Tai chi combines the body, mind, and spirit through slow, focused movements and deep breathing. Programs will be held outside so please dress for the weather. Space is limited to twenty participants. Registration is required.
Wellness Saturday programs occur on the last Saturday of every month, except for August, and are free to the public.
