Youth Meigs Award Ceremony

We will celebrate the winners of our 2023 Youth Meigs Award, which recognizes local environmental youth leaders who embody a spirit of leadership, integrity, and vision. This year, the winners Harmoni Robinson and Chloe Cantiello from Walter B. Saul High School and Josephine Schirling from Lankenau High School will present their creative responses to the word prompt “Adapting” in the form of a short story, video, and poem, respectively.
In addition to recognizing our award winners, the Schuylkill Center’s Environmental Art program will announce the launch of Art & Environment Youth Ambassadors, a paid STEAM-based teen program which will foster youth leadership around environmental issues important to our community.
The event will be held in the auditorium; refreshments will be provided. Please RSVP using the registration link.
