Youth Meigs Award Contest (Deadline May 1)

The Schuylkill Center invites students at Lankenau High School, Saul High School, and Roxborough High School to submit a piece for the Henry Meigs Youth Award. This award honors students who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, interest, curiosity or accomplishment in the environmental arena.
Participants are invited to submit a creative response to the word prompt:
ADAPTING
Submissions can be: drawings, paintings, sculpture, creative essays, photography, printmaking, poetry, songs/raps, short stories, zines, short videos, mixed-media, and more.
Submissions will be judged on creativity/originality, knowledge of topic, practicality, and persuasiveness.
A $500 prize will be awarded to our first-place winner. Our second-place winner is awarded $300 and our third-place winner is awarded $200.
